   Cuvée Vieille Vigne comes from a single parcel of land called “les Falloises”, 70 years old and lovingly preserved and cultivated for 3 generations. 

This cuvee offering a pure, authentic expression of the Bergères-les-Vertus terroir.

100% Chardonnay - Premier Cru

 Dosage :6g/l (Brut)

 Vinification in stainless steel tanks

 no malolactic fermentation

Nose :

The nose reveals a subtle complexity of ripe fruit, evoking delicate aromas of Williams pear, enhanced by floral nuances.

Palate:

Intense, complex, typical of Côte des Blanc Chardonnays.

 A beautiful palette of flavors opens with notes of juicy white peach, perfectly balanced by fine acidity.

 The texture is rich and silky, offering remarkable persistence with a lightly toasted finish and a hint of toasted hazelnut.
